Abstract

The electronic transport properties of two junctions (BGB, GBG) made of borophene (B) and graphene (G) are investigated. Using the transfer matrix method with Chebyshev polynomials, single and multiple barriers in a superlattice configuration are studied. Perfect transmission is found at normal incidence for both junctions, with robust superlattice transparency especially in BGB. Transmission gaps, conductance, and the Fano factor are analyzed as functions of incident energy, angle, number of cells, barrier height, and geometric ratio.
