The light-emitting device according to Claim 1, wherein said wavelength- converting shell has an inner surface facing toward said light-emitting diode and an outer surface opposite to said inner surface, said first heat conductive layer being formed on at least one of said inner surface and said outer surface.
The light-emitting device according to Claim 1, wherein said first heat conductive layer extends to said circuit board.
The light-emitting device according to Claim 1, wherein said first heat conductive layer has a light transmittance larger than 93%.
