A laminated graphene device demonstrated as a cathode in organic photovoltaic devices. The device stack includes ITO, PEDOT, CuPC, C60, TPBi, and graphene layers. Work-function matching via contact doping is demonstrated, and increased power conversion efficiency due to transparency is reported. The device operates at approximately 2.70V with graphene work function of approximately 4.9 eV.
